To book a flying day/weekend, or to arrange a course to be held involving flying (eg Air Awareness, Air Activities) please step through the following guide :

1. Contact Ray Bell (group.executive@bigpond.com OR (02) 9153-7415 to request the actual booking you want. Once that has been confirmed it will be listed on the above linked calender. NOTE TIFs are for cadets 14 years+ Please try and arrange flying days to be run on SUNDAYS as Saturdays are normally preferred as training only days

2. Download the Booking sheet HERE and fill it out posting to the listed address with a deposit and all required information at least 4 weeks PRIOR to weekend of flights

3. Download the sample cadet fliers that we suggest you use to promote the day to your squadron / wing HERE and change to put dates in relevant to your booking. NOTE we require all flights to have a deposit paid to the squadron prior to the day to confirm all aircraft, pilot and trainer bookings we need to organise for the day.

4. 1 week prior please confirm final numbers for all flights and courses to the Operations Officer James Joyce (james@flyaustralia.net)

We have a BBQ that can be hired for lunch during the day so if you wish to have lunch as well please contact us prior to take care of that.
